The Account ID is used as the primary internal reference for locating and managing the customer's associated products and services. This allows COMLUK to reduce unnecessary reliance on names and other personal information during routine account administration.
A COMLUK Account ID is not a password, PIN or security credential. However, because it can be associated with a particular customer or service, COMLUK treats it as account-related information.
Purchasing or downloading a standalone COMLUK tool does not automatically create an account.
